Mighty Craft; The Mighty – Hunter Valley.
ASX Listed, Melbourne-based company, Mighty Craft Pty Ltd (formerly Founders First) required assistance to oversee the operation of their acquisition ‘Potters Hotel & Brewery’; a 5000sqm site & operating Brewery in February 2020. We oversaw the difficult period of temporarily closing the venue during the COVID-19 Restrictions on NSW Hospitality Venues. Upon re-opening, we lead the recruitment of the key team members and the implementation of new operating systems and strategies. With the NSW/VIC border closed, we were the feet on the ground, co-ordinating the venue’s refurbishment and rebranding whilst delivering am outstanding food & beverage experience & unprecedented growth for the venue’s food & beverage.
Bannisters Port Stephens; Cheeky Dog
In October 2019, STEHR Hospitality & Gaming was engaged by Bannisters Port Stephens to contribute to the design, development & opening of ‘Cheeky Dog’; a large, open plan pub with a Mediterranean inspired menu, brand new TAB, quality gaming solution & large scale beer garden and functions space on the beautiful waters of Soldiers Point in Port Stephens. The venue was delivered on time as we launched in the peak of Summer, serving 2000+ covers per week and exceeding expectations of all stakeholders.
